I wish i had a video to show you of what my 21 month old son did, he used this wagon to try to lift himself up to grab something off a table, but the wagon didnt want to stay still, the dumping part threw him out and the front of the toy went up in the air, and while he was on the floor crying, the handle came down and popped him in the head making it even worse, good thing its just plastic, its was pretty funny, but something serious could had happened if not supervised more.

This gift was received by my son yesterday for his 2nd birthday. He wore the apron with tools during his party and went straight to it this morning. My mother also rediscovered a set of tools from my brother’s childhood toolbench. The bonus is that my son tells me “I have 2 hammers. Red one. Blue one.” He ‘fixes’ his train and trucks. He carried the tools around everywhere today. Now he can help daddy and I don’t have to worry about him scratching up the paint.
Safety: The tools appear good. The toy is rated for ages 2+, but the apron strings are long. Be aware of the strangulation hazards.
Parent annoyance: The beeper is loud. Maybe hide it or take the batteries out if you are sensitive to annoying noises.

My kids have tons of toys!
But even me and my husband were really impressed with this toy set (we bought farm, jungle and forest). My son loves any animal from these set, but rooster is his favorite. I think because it is the most bright from all animals.
These animals are huge, durable and catch the eye! Even my dog seemed to be interested (in horse). They are really huge! And this is great!!!
Our friend has set of small animals which are really boring and these are HUGE HUGE HUGE!!! And they are so realistic! All tiny details, eyes are perfectly developed. Regarding the “sew line” that the author from most critical review mentioned… Have you ever saw a plastic item without sew lane? It doesn’t matter at all. Kids love this set!

This makes a great educational time as my son brings an animal to me and wants me to name it. He is interested finaly in animals! We have books, puzzles but they were not so interesting to study the names of animals.
Besides these set are not too big, you don’t have 30 farm or 25 jungle animals. It will be too hard for young kid to remember who is who anyway. You get just a right amount of animals, the main ones.
I would suggest to add wolf to a forest set. And instead of gorilla put another monkey, more friendly and brightly type. I am scared of gorillas in general, but this one looks friendly.

I was looking through Amazon for my son’s birthday for a realistic type truck. He has so many play toy trucks, but nothing real. I stumbled across this particular company (Bruder). If you want realistic, lots of moving parts, lots of fun, durable built toy, this is the one. I believe anything from this company would be great. I know it costs a bit more, but it’s worth it. This vehicle has an opening cab to expose the engine, side doors to expose the cargo as well as the back opens. the entire cargo box can be removed and there’s a lift attached. Everything is detailed and works great. The door latches in the back have actual latches on them that you have to unlock to open the door. This thing is great and my son’s had it for a month and it’s not broken. It has real rubber tires and metal axles. It’s made out of durable plastic. You won’t be disappointed and I just wish I had had stuff like this when I was a kid.

Marbles are put into the little red cups you see in the illustration and go on down to the big saucer-shaped bowls where they spin around and around before they exit at the bottom. This is much like a drain and believe me, the vortex sucks the kids right in. A two and a four year old played with this for at least an hour straight, almost frantically grabbing the marbles from the bottom and putting them into the top to watch the action again.
Unlike the previously reviewed gear game, this one has no real educational value except maybe the concept of gravity and the dynamics of whatever vortexes are, but it is fun. You could buy several kits and join them together and that would require a great deal of assembly and imaginative engineering. And some money.
The parts are colorful, seem sturdy enough and fit together without much struggle. The structure is light and kind of tippy, so little kids may knock it around some and an older person will have to quickly re-align it. Not really much of a problem.
It is not a quiet toy, the marbles whirling around and rolling down chutes and all, but the sound is not obnoxious like those terrible talking toys are.
All in all, a superior toy for kids and one they will like.

The top of the table is bigger than i thought it would be, which is great. There is plenty of room for 2 kids to color / play.
The chairs were quick to assemble but the table is a little more complex with tons of allan head screws and some side screw thingies. They provide a manual allan wrench but you really need a screwdriver for the poles underneath the table. Luckily, I had some help or I would’ve pulled my hair out.
The chairs do hold the weight of an adult, like one reviewer said, but I wouldn’t wanna test it too much. I mean they are sturdy but tiny.
Washable crayons come off but only if you do it within an hour. Some was left on for about 5 hours and baby wipes and bleach wipes didn’t take it all off. You could still faintly see it. However, I had just bought some Plexus to clean our plastic toys and thought I’d try it on the table. It worked great – no more crayon whatsoever and it restores the manufacturer shine that the wipes slightly took away.
I will write a review for Plexus when I take on the outside toys.
Overall, this is well worth the price to me because my daughter loves it and I know it will last a long time.
